April 24, 2013 – Toronto, ON – Mindfirst today hosted a luncheon seminar on the topic Nuclear Power: The Case for Refurbishment. The private forum was attended by executives, academics, policy makers, professionals and representatives from several stakeholder groups. Opening remarks were made by: Amir Shalaby, Vice President of Power System Planning, Ontario Power Authority (OPA), Dietmar Reiner, Senior Vice-President, Refurbishment, Ontario Power Generation (OPG), Greg Rzentkowski, Director General of Power Reactors Regulations, Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) and Peter Fraser, Managing Director, Regulatory Policy, Ontario Energy Board (OEB).
